Welcome to the 2010 Metroland Championships. JJW Fitness Productions along with the Albany County District Attorneys office and the City of Albany are proud to bring an event like this to the Capital Region. Along with the bodybuilding and Figure event we will be having a Health and Fitness Expo. The expo will have vendors from all aspects of health and fitness including clothing apparel, supplements, the latest in gym equipment, nutrition, just to name a few. There will also be strength demonstrations as well as a 5K run/walk.

The Bodybuilding and Figure Championships is a drug free event. JJW Fitness Productions feels the event is an excellent opportunity for athletes to come show that you can accomplish your goals in building a great physique with out the use of any dangerous drugs. The event will spot light all divisions and will be the perfect show for you to compete in whether it is your first show or your 50^th.

So start training now for the Metroland Bodybuilding and Figure Championships on March 27, 2010 at Albany Academy High School.
